Privacy policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

This is an early version written in plain language. It will be reviewed and may change before payments launch.

This page explains what Pourfume collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account: name, @username, email, city and country, and your password stored only in scrambled form.
  • What you share: posts, photos, comments, likes, follows, collections, listings, offers, reviews and reports.
  • Orders (when payments are on): what you bought or sold, amounts, the shipping address you give at checkout, and tracking numbers. Card details go straight to Stripe; Pourfume never sees them.
  • Login cookie: one cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

  • To run the site: show your profile, posts and listings, and process orders.
  • To keep it safe: prevent fraud and fakes, review reports, and block repeated wrong passwords.
  • We don't sell your personal information.

What others can see

Your name, @username, city, posts, collection, listings and reviews are public. Your email, shipping address and orders are private. A buyer's shipping address is shared with the seller only to ship the order.

Photos

When you upload listing photos, we remove hidden details such as the GPS location from the file.

Services we use

  • Supabase, to store data.
  • Stripe, for payments and seller payouts.
  • Our hosting provider, to run the website.

Your choices

  • You can edit or delete your posts and listings at any time.
  • To get a copy of your data or close your account, email [email protected]. We keep order records as long as the law requires.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top.
